I like how the hair gradually changes "cosistency" (not sure if that's the word for it).

I'll fly in my dreams even without wings.
yes I use a tablet, but I sketched it out first, then scanned it, then finally used Corel Painter. It's harder for me to draw on a digital tablet than with pencil on paper.
I have the hardest time with hair though since I don't draw the strands themselves on paper.
Since I have a mouse I end up using specific brushes that have dots in them so i can paint multiple strands of highlights at once.
